We can deliver your items throughout Europe and the rest of the world using the services of “Russian Post” (14-60 days) . After sending your purchase to the post office, you get a track-number for tracking  your parcel.


Some customers worry too much about damage or loss of goods due to the long distances while reaching their country. We would like to assure you that the risk is minimal. Our records show that, in fact, very few parcels are lost, and in any case, if this happens, we will immediately refund the loss of our customers. We guarantee that any damage or loss (please note again: this occurs very rarely) will be reimbursed.


Should you find any defects in the goods you have received, you may return them within two weeks from the purchase date. We shall then either replace the item(s) (with the same or similar ones at your choice) or refund your money. We do ask that you inform us by email of your preferences concerning the returned item(s).

Request For Product Return And Exchange

Our shop will accept goods returned within 14 days since the date of purchase provided that they are in new unused condition and in their original package.
If you wish to return any items for replacement, please notify us by completing the feedback form.
